Lina Badr began teaching in 1974. Her teachings has incompassed Pediatric and Maternity Nursing to undergraduate students and Advanced Pediatrics to graduate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner students. She also taught research courses to PhD students. Dr. Badr has guest-lectured in Physical Assessment, Nursing Research and Cultural Nursing. In addition, Dr. Badr has worked as a NICU nurse and as a CPNP throughout her academic career. Dr. Badr has received extnesive research funding and has more than 40 publications. With Dr. Badr's extensive background in Pediatrics, she brings a welcomed expertise to Azusa Pacific University's (APU) School of Nursing.
