Accelerated Bachelor's Degrees
	Christian Leadership, B.S.
	This accelerated program, for working professionals in church or parachurch ministry, prepares men and women as pastors or lay pastors in Christian leadership.
	Human Development, B.A. (teacher preparation)
	This accelerated program provides paraeducators and those seeking a career change with the subject-matter preparation necessary for elementary or K-12 special education school teachers.
	Organizational Leadership, B.S. (also online)
	This accelerated program offers a convenient, relevant traditional and online formats for working professionals to complete their bachelor's degree and prepare for leadership roles in a variety of profit and nonprofit organizations.
Graduate Programs
Master's Degrees
	Clinical Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy, M.A.
	Theory and hands-on practice prepares counselors to work with individuals, couples, and families by integrating theology, ethics, and psychotherapy. Meets California licensure requirements.
	Early Entry into Nursing and Advanced Practice (EENAP)
	EENAP students complete pre-licensure theory and clinical course work leading to a BSN and may continue on with courses that lead to advanced practice in nursing, specifically the MSN degree.
	Educational Counseling (with an embedded School Counseling Credential), M.A.Ed.
	Prepares school counselors to communicate with and guide students of all cultures, socioeconomic levels, and learning abilities. Requirements for the Pupil Personnel Services Credential are embedded within the program.
	Educational Leadership, M.A.
	Prepares educators for advanced roles such as faculty mentor, curriculum planner, department chair, or private school principal. Also offered in conjunction with the Tier I credential.
	Leadership and Organizational Studies, M.A. (also online)
	This accelerated degree for working professionals teaches advanced skills in multicultural matters, research, ethics, strategic planning, and people and organizational management for promotion, advancement, and/or career change.
	M.Div. (Master of Divinity)
	The Master of Divinity Program prepares men and women for professional ministry in the church by providing solid training in biblical, theological, and ministerial studies. Concentration(s): Anglican Studies Biblical Studies
	Nursing, Master of Science (MSN)
	Nationally accredited, the Master of Science in Nursing prepares students in advanced theory and practice in a specialized clinical area of nursing. Concentration(s): Adult CNS ANP FNP Parent-Child CNS Parish Nursing PNP PMHNP
	Pastoral Studies, M.A.
	The Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies Program is designed for persons seeking preparation in a specialized field of ministry. Concentrations include church leadership and development, urban studies, worship leadership, and youth ministry. Concentration(s): Church Leadership and Development Urban Studies Worship Leadership Youth Ministry
	Physical Education, M.S.
	Prepares graduates for careers in physical education, sociology of sport, and sport psychology, as well as program administration, consulting, and admission to doctoral programs.
	Special Education, M.A.Ed.
	Offering the master’s in special education without the credential, this program provides the training and experiences that lead to confident, competent, and compassionate care of persons with disabilities.

	2042 Multiple-Subject Internship Teaching Credential, Track B
	The 2042 Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential, Track B, offered as part of APU's combined master's/credential program, prepares teachers for positions at the elementary and middle school levels (K-8). This track is specifically designed for the candidate who is teaching full-time in an appropriate setting in a public or private K-12 school, verified and approved by the program director prior to course registration. The program is CTC and NCATE accredited.
	2042 Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential, Track A
	The 2042 Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential Program, offered as part of APU's combined master's/credential program, prepares teachers for positions at the elementary and middle school levels (K-8). This track is specifically designed for the candidate who is not teaching full-time in a K-12 school. The program is CTC and NCATE accredited.
	2042 Single-Subject Internship Teaching Credential, Track B
	The 2042 Single-Subject Teaching Credential, Track B, offered as part of APU's combined master's/credential program, prepares teachers for positions at the middle and high school levels (7-12), and K-12 specialists in art, music, and physical education. This track is specifically designed for the candidate who is teaching full-time in an appropriate setting in a public or private K-12 school, verified and approved by the program director prior to course registration.
	2042 Single-Subject Teaching Credential, Track A
	The 2042 Single-Subject Teaching Credential, Track A, offered as part of APU's combined master's/credential program, prepares teachers for positions at the middle and high school levels (7-12), and K-12 specialists in art, music, and physical education. This track is specifically designed for the candidate who is not teaching full-time in a K-12 school.
	Mild/Moderate Disabilities (K-12) Specialist Credential Level I, Track A
	For noncontracted teachers, this special education credential program prepares educators to skillfully and compassionately guide mild to moderately disabled students (K-12).
	Mild/Moderate Disabilities (K-12) Specialist Internship Credential Level I, Track B
	For contracted teacher interns, this credential in special education imparts the specialized knowledge and skills necessary for teachers of mild to moderately disabled students (K-12).
	Preliminary Administrative Services Credential and Internship Credential (PASC), Tier I
	This program allows candidates to complete their credential while filling an administrative position under university and district supervision, gaining leadership skills from an ethical approach.
	Professional Administrative Services Credential (PASC), Tier II
	For those holding a Tier I credential, this advanced training program satisfies the state requirement for professional development and prepares full-time administrators for higher-level positions.
Combined Programs
	Educational Leadership, M.A. and PASC Credential (Tier 1)
	Combines the school administration master’s with the Tier I credential to comprehensively prepare school administrators in multicultural settings. Emphasizes a strong Christian approach to leadership.
	Special Education, M.A.Ed. and Mild to Moderate Disabilities Specialist Internship Credential (K-12) Preliminary Level I, Track B
	For those with full-time teaching contracts, this master’s/credential program expands educators’ skill base and enhances teaching techniques in special needs classrooms.

	For those without full-time teaching contracts, this master’s/credential program provides focused study of special needs classrooms and students under the tutelage of experienced professionals.

	For full-time elementary or middle school (K-8) teachers and those on emergency permits, this master’s/credential program satisfies necessary requirements and offers professional advancement. This track is specifically designed for the candidate who is teaching full-time in an appropriate setting in a public or private K-12 school, verified and approved by the program director prior to course registration. The program is CTC and NCATE accredited.
